Your Wedding Bomboniere

Archive for November 2010

These signs would add a classy touch to any elegant or vintage themed wedding. Available from Signs of Vintage on Etsy, they’ll be a lovely addition to your wedding decorations plus help direct your guests to where they’ll need to go.

The Mr & Mrs signs can be displaced at the start of the evening and then turned around at the end of the evening to display a vintage style “Thank You”.  Or perhaps you could have your wedding bomboniere laid out on a table with the “Thank You” signs displayed.  A “Please Take One” sign would also be a good addition to the wedding bomboniere table.

There are many signs to choose from and it will be a lovely keepsake for you after the event.

If you think of your iPhone as an extension of yourself and you’re a busy bride-to-be, then you will swoon at this idea.

See the little characters over there on the right and in the video below?  Well, they’re our bride and groom and they need to be named.  We want your help in naming them! We’re looking for two very clever, funny names that go well together, just like the bride and groom 🙂

Prizes to be won – AU$100 worth of wedding favours plus 9 runner up prizes. Visit our wedding bomboniere competition page for full terms and conditions.  Also, keep up to date via our Facebook page where we’ll share some of our favourite entries.

This is such a neat idea. Find some old silverware – forks, spoon and knives – then have them engraved with your guests names as their place markers at your wedding reception.  Afterwards, the guests can take them home as wedding bomboniere and hang them somewhere or put then in an inside pot plant as a constant reminder of your wedding day.

Such a unique and special little gift that will surely impress.

If you can’t find enough of these to give to your guests, then simply use them throughout your vintage inspired wedding as decorations or atop your cake.  You could engrave your initials and wedding date (as a keepsake for you) or with little love messages on them.
